How do I make a reservation?
You have several options. Online reservation form, telephone call or send us an email.
How can I view, edit or cancel your reservation?
You can view, change or cancel your reservation anytime here (My reservation) or you can send us an email to support@SantoriniCarHire.com.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
No cancellation fee. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee.
What is included in the Price?
Where and how I collect the car?
You can collect your desire car from anywhere in Santorini (Airport, port, any hotel in Santorini and any village in Santorini). Before arrival you have to give us your desired pick up location by mail or telephone.
If you choose to meet us at the Santorini airport, Santorini port, Santorini Downtown or Santorini Old port in fira a representative of our company will be waiting for you holding a banner with your name. Alternative, if you prefer to meet us at your hotel our representative will wait for you in your hotel reception.
Pickup/Drop off is free of charge anywhere in Santorini during the working hours (7am - 11pm). There is a 30 euros charge for after hours pickup/dropoff.
Note: Credit card in your own name must be presented at time of Rental.
Where and how can I drop off the Car?
You can drop off your car anywhere in Santorini (Airport, port, any hotel in Santorini and any village in Santorini).
Drop off is free of charge anywhere in Santorini during the working hours (7am - 11pm). There is a 30 euros charge for after hours pickup/dropoff.
Do i have to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
If you pick up the car from Airport or Port then you have to give a 25-50% deposit. If you are having a cruise, and you pick up the car from the Top of Cable Car in Fira you have to pay the total price of your reservation. The reason that we ask for the deposit and the payment is that there is a very high percentage of non show reservations from Santorini Airport, Port and Cruises. The payment can be through Paypal and it is easy and secure. You can also pay with credit card in Paypal. We will send you a Paypal request.
What car insurance is offered?
Your rental quote provides you with everything you need to put your keys in the car and go. The prices include the following insurance:

Do I need to produce an international driving licence?
Yes. Driving Licence in characters not redable in English, Greek or latin characters must be accompanied by an International Driving Licence or a copy of an English translated version.

Can I have full Insurance?
Yes you can choose CDW during the booking process.
Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for damage to the vehicle, its parts and accessories, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
The waiver carries an excess/deductible of 300 Euros. This means that the renter will be liable for the first 300 euros amount in case of an accident. The excess excludes glass (windows etc), tyres and any towing.

Can I have more than one additional driver?
